My name is Erzsébet Kis Jakab. I live with my daughter and partner in Hungary, Szolnok. I have been dealing with pearl jewelry since 2009. I have tried many techniques so far, but I feel comfortable in soutache jewelry in recent times. Everything you can see in my shop is handmade by me. Unique and stylish jewelry (necklace, pendant, bracelet, ring, earrings, brooch) made by using the finest beads and high quality materials, eg. glass beads, swarovski crystal beads and minerals.

Payment

Etsy keeps your payment information secure. Etsy shops never receive your credit card information.

Shipping

All orders will be shipped within 1-2 business days from the date of payment.
All packages are shipped via registered mail from Hungary. I send the items in a protective bubble enveloppe, and pack them as a gift.

Normally shipping takes about:
- 5-10 business days to the European Union,
- 10-15 business days to the USA
- 14-21 business days to Canada
Sometimes shipping can take even 30 days, it depends on your location, so I can’t guarantee you exact arrival time.

I can send the package via FedEx. If you would like to choose FedEx shipping, please, contact me before you make your order. Also I will need your telephone number for the delivery.

I ship to etsy shipping address not to the PayPal address, so please be sure it is correct.

There are no shipping costs for pdf delivery to a designated email address.
Please note that there are no refunds and exchanges on patterns!
